There are a variety of different types of soffit board alll of which are 10mm thick.
Most commonly used is the hollow board which give a tongue and groove appearance.
The boards are 300mm wide and are grooved at 100mm centres.
General purpose solid boards can also be used and both boards can be ventilated to provide adequate ventilation.
Soffit boards are fixed using 30mm polytops pins.
