We certify that the products used by rooflinedirect.co.uk are guaranteed for a period of up to 10 years and will be fitted in accordance with the manufacturers recommended fitting specifications.
No Discolouration
No Warping or Bending
No Cracking
No Surface Defects
Due to the organic nature of the dyes in the brown profiles, a 5 year guarantee is given to coloured products.
EXTENT OF GUARANTEE
Should a listed defect occur, replacement product will be supplied, free of charge, by RoofLineDirect.co.uk.
Damage caused by external factors is excluded.
Claims for sequential damages are excluded.
Guarantee on colour fastness is limited as follows :-
- Solid white products are guaranteed for a full 10 year period
- Hollow (rigid uPVC) Products are guaranteed for 5 years.
- Coloured (non-white) Products are guaranteed for 5 years.
